Well done the All Blacks! Hard to believe it’s only seven weeks ‘till Christmas.

Congratulations to Allan and Dianne Purvis - winners of last month’s Wine Club competition.

Octoberfest on the 29th was a great event with a full turn out of 40. The favourite dish of the nights was pork knuckles and belly pork on sauerkraut and mash potatoes (even though some weren’t that keen on the sauerkraut!).

As you will see, we have redesigned our website. As well as the usual stuff you can do our customer survey until the end of November. Also on it are the menu and conditions of our Christmas Slow Lunch on the 25th of December. Bookings close on the 16th of December for this event, so don’t delay as we have booked out early for the last two years.

Our last Social Wine Club of the year is on Wednesday the 23rd of November with Dianne Shaw of Morton Estate showcasing their Bubblies. There are six varieties and you’ll have the chance to stock up for Christmas.

Hopefully now the warmer weather will bring out more people to enjoy theCoromandel and Waihi now that the RWC is over!
