This weeks special menu is OSSO BUCCO from Italy.

 

Juicy beef shin slow cooked with plum tomatoes, garlic, rosemary, oregano, white wine until nice and tender. This dish is served over a bed of oregano rice, accompanied with a fresh garden salad.

 

Complimented by a glass of Charles Wiffen Merlot ($8 per glass).
