These Buffet Style Menu dishes are suggestions only and I would be happy to to discuss your ideas and needs with you.

COST is $55.00 per person.

Meat suggestions choice of TWO meats hot or cold:

  • roast beef
  • chicken
  • lamb
  • pork
  • champagne ham on the bone.

Vegetables and Salads suggestions choice of SIX:

Roast potato, kumara, pumpkin, vegetable medley, honey carrots, sugar peas, garlic zucchini.

Potato salad, pasta, rice, kumara & orange, mixed bean, mixed green, tomato, cucumber in sour cream and blue cheese dressing, cauliflower.

Desserts suggestions choice of TWO

  • Hot blueberries(fresh in season) and homemade vanilla ice cream
  • Brandied prunes and vanilla ice cream,
  • Fresh fruit salad.
