Experience fine dining and enjoy our cuisine made with fresh produce, locally sourced where possible.  We have a menu to satisfy all tastes.  We are family friendly while being fully licensed and providing a number of fine wines and beers.

Winter Opening Hours:

We are now closed Sunday nights and Mondays until Labour Weekend (Labour Day Monday 2012 is 22nd October).

We will be open Sunday night Mother's Day (13th May) and for groups of 6 or more during this time if it is booked in advance for Sunday nights and on Monday's.

Are you ready to spoil your Mum?

That’s right - It’s Mother’s Day coming up (just in case you missed the rampant marketing, it's Sunday 13th of May) so why not bring Mum in for a special Waitete treat.

Please book early as we only have one sitting for lunch and dinner.

Lunch from 11am and dinner from 5 pm. If you want to take Mum out for Breakfast, it’s Ok as long as you book.

Towards the middle of May we’ll be will introducing our new Lunch and Dinner menu - real traditional German dishes which go well with the colder season. Watch here for the launch date.

The Social wine club started again last week. It was a small group but the food and wine matches were well received. Don’t forget that as well as a great evening you can buy the featured wines at a discount from the guest speaker - great wines you won’t find in the supermarket. We meet the last Thursday of the month, so come along - it would be great to have a few more members. If you’d like a reminder just send me your email address and I will put you on the mailing list.

Meanwhile the heaters are primed for a cosy culinary experience at Waitete Orchard where as always we strive for excellence
